    On Saturday, December 6, 2014, the Neighbors Emergency Center in Kingwood participated in the 4th Annual Holiday Charity Toy Drive. From 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., children and their families donated new or gently used unwrapped toys so that children in need can have a toy to open on Christmas Day.
