Neighbors Emergency Center has become a sponsor of the 100 Club of Pearland. Neighbors is now a Gold Business Member of the organization and a supporter of its endeavors to assist the police officers of the City of Pearland.
The 100 Club of Pearland helps to ensure financial security for Pearland police officers by covering medical and special education fees that they might not be able to pay on their own. The nonprofit organization offers $200,000 life insurance for fatally wounded police officers and up to $100,000 for loss of limb while on duty, in addition to paying for crime prevention classes. The 100 Club of Pearland believes that the police officers of Pearland shouldn’t have to worry about medical expenses when injured while serving their community, and Neighbors Emergency Center is proud to support them in their mission of assisting the protectors of the city.
