You can use any fruit you love. Kiwis, oranges, strawberries, peaches, blueberries; sky’s the limit!  Slice the fruit to any thickness that you like. Be sure to remove the outer layer on fruits with a skin like kiwis and oranges. You can also use whatever liquid you would like for the base of the popsicles. Try lemonade, orange juice, fruit juice, coconut water, apples juice, mango nectar, or anything else you think may be tasty. Next insert your ingredients of choice into your Popsicle Maker and freeze your popsicles until solid.

Pineapple Whip

This cold and refreshing non-dairy frozen treat is a crowd favorite. For this recipe you will need frozen pineapple chunks, frozen whipped topping, honey (or sugar), and pineapple juice.

Combine  all of the ingredients together in a blender or food processor. If the mixture seems to runny add ice until you reach the consistently that you want.

Watermelon Cupcakes

This recipe is a great alternative to traditional cupcakes. It eliminates all of the sugar and processed ingredients you or your children would normally consume. To begin you will need two thick slices of seedless watermelon. Then use a round cutter to cut cupcake circles out of the slices. Next place them in the cupcake paper. Be sure to use two cupcake papers for each cake as the juices soak through very easily.  Next take a pint of heavy cream, or whipping cream and whip until thick. Finally frost your watermelon cupcakes. You can add sprinkles to the top for a fun touch.

Peach Frozen Yogurt

This homemade delight will help you cool down this summer in no time. This yogurt only takes five minutes to make, and uses just four ingredients. For this recipe you will need a food processor.
