These delicious vegan cookies complement the season of fall, and as an added bonus, they are only 90 calories per cookie. They have both a delicious pumpkin flavor, brought by the ingredient pumpkin puree, as well as a sweet chocolate flavor from the vegan chocolate chips. They are also wonderfully thick due to the old fashion oats mixed in throughout. Get baking and treat yourself to one. Or two!

Pumpkin Spice Trail Mix
Why not mix up your traditional trail mix, with a hint of fall? This pumpkin trail mix will do the trick with pumpkin puree added in throughout. This trail mix is extremely easy to make, with most of the ingredients probably already in your pantry.
