We’re Open! Neighbors Emergency Center has officially opened in Texas City. Our new Emergency Center is located on 3302 Palmer Hwy., Texas City, Texas 77590.
The Texas City location is open 24/7, has friendly staff, a comfortable waiting room, and of course little to no wait time.
