Ingredients

  • 1 recipe Foolproof Pan Pizza (dough only), or 1 1/2 pounds store-bought pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 small zucchini, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 1 small summer squash, sliced into 1/4-inch rounds
  • 1/2 a small red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 teaspoons picked fresh thyme leaves
  • Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup pistachios

This recipe takes a while to make, but the outcome of delicious vegan pizza is worth it! Start by dividing the dough and letting it rise. Once your dough is properly prepared and in the pans, then you can add the zucchini, squash and onions on top of pizza. Bake until the pizzas are golden brown and crisp. Ingredients

  • 2 medium poblano peppers
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, plus more if toasting

  • 2 medium cloves garlic, finely sliced
  • 8 ounces fresh spinach leaves

Ingredients

  • 2 quarts vegetable or peanut oil
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 cup vodka
  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into 1-inch florets
