1- The Galleria

It’s architectural style is masterful and spans over 2.4 million square feet. The Galleria houses leading names in apparel including Gucci, Tiffany & Co., Macy’s, Ralph Lauren, and Nordstrom.

2-The Children’s Museum of Houston

Need something to do with the kids while you’re in Houston? Visit The Children’s Museum of Houston. It was ranked the nation’s No. 1 children’s museum by Parents’ magazine! There are 14 hands on exhibits that have been designed just for kids. You can build robots, learn about how electricity works, become a news anchor, and more! The activities range and include interactive options for children under the age of two as well.

3- Houston Zoo

The Houston Zoo is a must-see attraction that features over 6,000 animals! From elephants and chimpanzees to rhinos and forest giraffes the wildlife is portrayed in beautiful horticultural environments.

There are also a plethora of endangered animals including lemurs, howler monkeys, tamarins and more. The exhibits, such as the boardwalk, are interactive for up close and personal viewings of the animals. There is also a Children’s Zoo that features a petting zoo, playground, and bat cave

4- Gerald D. Hines Waterwall Park

The Waterwall is an inspirational and beautiful park centered around the theme of love. It is one of Houston’s most popular places for proposals and weddings. The Waterwall is a 64 foot semi-circular fountain that recirculates 11,000 gallons of water every minute! The water flows down the inner and outer walls of a towering structure creating a “horseshoe of rushing water.” The park is surrounded by beautiful oak trees, and considered a community centerpiece within Houston.

5- NRG Stadium

The spirit at NRG Stadium is unlike any other sports arena! This four story, 125,000 square foot space is where everyone will be enjoying the Big Game. The home to the Houston Texans, you can enjoy delicious food and while having an unbelievable sports experience!
